The Institution of Engineers (India) will celebrate the 58th Engineers’Day on September 15, 2025, commemorating the 164th Birthday of Bharat Ratna Sir. Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya . This day not only honors his pioneering spirit but also serve as a tribute to Engineers worldwide, Whose innovations and dedication shape our modern world. This year’s theme, “Deep Tech and Engineering Excellence: Driving India’s Techade ” underscores the pivotal role of Engineering in solving global challenges.
The Institution of Engineers(India), Mysore Local Centre has the great tradition of organizing Engineers’ Day coinciding with Birthday Celebrations of Bharath Ratna Dr.Sir.M.Visvesvaraya in the month of September befitting the great statesman Engineer of the nation. Accordingly this year 58th Engineers’Day Celebrations coinciding 164th Birthday Celebration of Sir.M.Visvesvaraya will be held on Monday 15th September 2025.
To commemorate this programme various other activities like Sports Events, Seminar on His Highness Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wodeyar , Cultural Programme, Technical Seminar on the theme, Royal Charter Day and Technical Exhibition open to IEI members, Students Members and Technical Institutes, Engineers Day celebration-2025 will be held on 31st August, 4th September, 7th September, 9th September and 13th ,14th & 15th September 2024 respectively.
